Position: Grants Manager
Reports to: Director of Grants and Contracts

Cleveland Rape Crisis Center supports survivors of sexual violence, promotes healing and prevention and creates social change.
Founded in 1974, Cleveland Rape Crisis Center (CRCC) has grown from a grassroots, volunteer-run hotline to a 70 plus employee nonprofit organization. CRCC provides counseling, victim advocacy, case management, prevention programs, and 24-hour crisis services to survivors of rape, sexual abuse, and human trafficking as a nationally recognized program.
Position Summary:
The Grants Manager will work to grow grant and proposal-based revenue streams and act as a team affiliate for various External Affairs activities, including events.

Qualifications:
The final candidate will have at least 5 years demonstrated grant-writing experience with a proven record of accomplishment. Knowledge of the local foundation landscape is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and organize for maximum efficiency is highly desired. Master’s Degrees in related field preferred. Candidates lacking a sense of humor will not be considered.
Hours of Work: This position is hybrid, with the option to work from home several days a week.
